All about Lu
Lulu the golden
Lulu is my sweet, petite 5-year-old golden retriever. We are based in South-West London but she was born in Derbyshire.
Lulu is super active. She loves to gallop-about and explore new places. Every outing for her is thrilling as she loves to be wild and free. She loves to chase squirrels, rabbits, and any kind of livestock she sees— though she doesn’t want to harm, she just wants to innocently befriend all of these strange new creatures.
Because of our active little wildling, we noticed that there are not a lot of blogs or websites out there that warn you about things like sheep on a hike—one of the main factors of whether or not we choose that trail. We thought it would be a fun idea to create this website for all of you who have very active, excitable pups that you would like to bring on your next holiday. There is always a fun, dog-friendly option and we hope this blog inspires you to go on more adventures with your doggos!
Bella the berner
Meet Bella! She is Lulu’s cousin (my older sister and her husband’s puppy). She was born on the 1st of February 2020. You have probably seen her make a few appearances on Lulu’s page. She’s a giant bear-dog and she officially outgrew Lulu when she was four-months old. She is now more than double Lulu’s size and weight, but the two of them get along amazingly and are always seen tumbling and wrestling.
Bella is a super playful and rambunctious. The two of them have grown close over the years and they are inseparable. The walks we choose are always tailored to the two of them, including space to run, explore, swim and hide in the shade (on those crazy sunny days)!
